Step into the wonders of the green world of useful plants! We will spend two fun-filled days learning identification and practical uses of wild plants, often called weeds. After foraging an array of tender edibles and medicinals from lush local fields, with our baskets full, we’ll prepare a beautiful, nutritious, and delicious gourmet meal to enjoy in Woodsorrel’s cottage garden.
