Cooking and Crafting with Wild Edible and Medicinal Plants
A One-Day Workshop
with Suzanne Elliott, Herbalist
When: Spring 2025 (date to be announced)
Where: Woodsorrel Cottage Garden, 649 The Alameda in El Granada
Bring in the glorious Spring season learning to forage, cook and craft with wild plants!
Venture to the wild field across the way to forage an array of delicate wild greens, edible flowers, and medicinals. With our bounty, we will prepare a delicious "wild" vegetarian lunch and enjoy it in my charming cottage garden.
We will also learn to handcraft an herbal oil, healing salve, and a ceremonial plant wand using the plants we have gathered.
Cost: $175.00, which includes all recipes, morning tea and snack, appetizer, delicious lunch, and dessert. Plus, you get to take home the herbal goodies made in class!
